JOB OVERVIEW

Here at TeaOlogy, we are hiring a Marketing & Communications Intern. If you have the attributes of being assertive and motivated with the intention of having a career with us, we currently have vacancies for innovative and ambitious individuals to join our team and share in our growth.

• Type of employment: Full-time (Remote, located in Vietnam);
• Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday (Occasional evening & weekend work is to be expected);
  • Morning: 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 02:00 PM – 07:00 PM
• Involve in idea brainstorming and executing sessions for MarCom activities.
• Assist in the execution of all MarCom campaigns and projects including but not limited to events, demand creation, community building, KOL, and social media…
• Assist with administration tasks such as payment invoices,…
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Freshly graduated or junior/senior students, majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event-organizing,…
• Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email;
• Experience & knowledge in Admin tasks and Event organizing is preferable;
• Can commit to work full-time in 6 months;
• Have a desire to learn, proactivity, quick learning ability, and teamwork skills;
• Good communication skills (both English and Vietnamese);
• Must be flexible for overtime work and have enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments;
• Nimble, careful, detail-oriented, and passionate about working quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines;
• Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
