GROWTH MARKETING INTERN

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be an integral part of our Growth Marketing team. Your responsibilities include:

Researcher:

Investigate user needs to create relevant content.
Explore SocialFi, Web3, and other platforms suitable for building user growth funnels.

Marketing campaign:

Support team leaders in building social media channels & managing communities (Facebook, Telegram, etc.), including creating content, administrating, seeding, designing, holding AMA events, managing ads, etc.
Implement marketing automation plans to build effective funnels, increasing conversions across various metrics, such as follower/member growth, app installations, user registrations, website traffic, and event ticket, etc.

Partnership:

Assist team leaders in establishing partnerships and expanding networks within both crypto and non-crypto communities (exchanges, news platforms, traders, etc.) and with Crypto KOLs/micro-influencers in Vietnam and other regions.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

Preferred experience in media agencies, technology companies, or crypto-related enterprises

Knowledge

Knowledge base: Marketing & Branding, Affiliate Marketing, Marketing Automation, Research & Report
Advantage: Passion for Crypto & Blockchain, tech & graphic design, good communication

Skillset and Toolset

Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus
Microsoft office tools: Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Sheet, Excel
Good command in English (IELTS +6.0 or TOEIC +700)

* Priority is given to candidates who can be onboard before the Lunar New Year, but it is never too late to apply.

BENEFITS

Commitment: Minimum 8 sessions per week, Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Allowance/Salary:
- Intern: 3.000.000 VNĐ – 5.000.000 VNĐ.
- Executive: Negotiable.
