[HCM] Công Ty Công Nghệ TikTok Việt Nam Tuyển Dụng Thực Tập Sinh Top Creators Operation (Vietnam E-Commerce) – 2024 Start Full-time 2023

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in e-commerce creator (Celebrity; Top creators) operation & planning work,
• Monitor & find potential e-commerce creators and make customized cultivation plans & policy，
• Familiarize various operations & analytical tools to cluster and profile creators by characteristics,
• Analyze the e-commerce content (short video/livestream) performance, to help them to improve e-commerce sales conversion rate and traffic conversion rate
• Work with cross functional teams to co-create local campaigns and push forward for execution.
• Prepare reports & keep track of creators’ data performan

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 5 days a week for at least 3 months.
• Having strong networking/experience working with creator/ influencers is a plus.
• Good understanding on TikTok content, trending Tiktokers. Especially TikTok livestream/ shortvideo
• Preferably with related experience in influencer marketing – Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.
• Proficiency in English and local Vietnamese Language is a must.
